Terms of Service
These terms cover the services Tendito ("we," "us") provides and the agreement between us and you, the customer, when you book service.
Services
We provide AI receptionist and automation for local service businesses services. We will describe and price the work before starting any job that goes beyond a routine scheduled visit.
Scheduling and access
- Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or our website form and confirmed in writing
- You agree to provide the access and information we need to perform the work
- If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot perform the work for reasons within your control, a trip fee may apply
Pricing and payment
Prices for routine services are quoted at the time of booking. Additional work and parts are quoted before work begins. Invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms have been agreed in writing. Late payments may pause future service until the balance is current.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A fee may apply for same-day cancellations of scheduled visits.
Text messages (SMS)
By giving us your phone number and either verbally agreeing during a call, or submitting the sign-up form on https://test-florist.tendito.com with the consent checkbox, you consent to receive confirmations, reminders, updates, and customer-care replies by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Opting out only stops SMS — it does not cancel your service.
Limitations of liability
We perform our work with reasonable care. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage from circumstances outside our control, or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service we performed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL.
